How long will it take to receive my tile order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Lead times for custom or handmade collections vary by product; please refer to the specific product page for current production estimates.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Because our tiles are handmade and feature natural variations in color and texture, seeing a sample in your space is the best way to ensure it meets your design vision.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and samples are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I calculate how much tile I need?
We recommend ordering 15% more than your square footage to account for cuts, waste, and potential breakage during installation. This ensures you have enough tile from the same dye lot to complete your project.
Can your tiles be used in wet areas like showers or pools?
Most of our ceramic and cement tiles are suitable for shower walls and floors. However, specific collections like Zellige or certain natural stones may have specific sealing requirements for wet environments. Always check the product specifications.
Do you ship internationally?
