At Zia Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and undamaged products. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and custom orders are final sale.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and that the return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your tiles on their original pallet or in secure boxes to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged returns cannot be refunded.
Shipping and Refund
Ship the items back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed minus the restocking fee.
